What to Expect at the Auction
This year we are adding a little bit of glitz to the Montview Auction and throwing a party that will capture the excitement and glamour of the Oscars. This year’s auction, A Red Carpet Affair, will return to its traditional day of the last Saturday in February. The auction will not be a "black tie affair", but we encourage you to dress up if you think it would be fun! Otherwise, business casual is the recommended dress code for the evening.
When you arrive at the auction, you will be greeted by Auction Event Services (AES). AES is the company providing the electronic bidding for the evening. First, you will quickly register with AES and then you will be free to enjoy the evening. Bidding pads will be on the auction tables and circulated throughout the crowd so that you can place and track bids easily. Once the auction closes, you will need to "checkout" with AES to claim your winnings.
